<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, by Trust Deed dated September 15, 1999 and recorded in the Real Estate Records of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska as Document N 99109157 Rosalene L Huf rnan,a single person, did
<br />convey certain real estate therein described in trust unto Arend R. Baack, Attorney at Law, as Trustee for
<br />the benefit of Grand Island Finance Co- , therein referred to as Beneficiary;
<br />WHEREAS, the obligations secured by said Trust Deed have been satisfied and said Trustee has received
<br />written request by such Beneficiary to re- convey the trust property from the Beneficiary;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, Arend R. Baack, Attorney at Law, in his capacity as'rrustee under the above -
<br />described Trust Deed, herein called the Grantor, in consideration of the satisfaction of the indebtedness
<br />evidenced by such Trust Deed received from Grantees, does hereby release and re- confirm unto the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto, herein called the Grantees, the following described real property in
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />All of Lot One Hundred Twenty Seven (127) and the North'I'wenty Four (24)
<br />feet of Lot One Hundred Twenty Eight (128) of Hawthorne Place, an Addition
<br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />to have and to hold the above - described premises, together with all tenements, hereditaments and
<br />appurtenances thereto belonging, unto the Grantees and to the Grantee's heirs and assigns forever.
