Emerton, Attorney at Law, as Trustee, for <br />the benefit of M Maxine Conroy, Trustee of the Revocable Trust Agreement dated May 12. <br />1977, as amended, said Deed of Trust being dated April 26, 2001 and recorded in the Office of <br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Document No. 0200103769 has been <br />extinguished and the Beneficiary has been granted authority to deliver this Deed of <br />Reconveyance pursuant to the terms of said above - described Trust Agreement, as amended. <br />In consideration therefore, the Trustee reconveys to NONA DUBBS and DARREL DUBBS, <br />husband and wife, the person or persons entitled thereto, all the right, title, interest and claim <br />acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following: <br />A tract of land comprising all of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest <br />Quarter (WI/2 SWI /4 SWI /4) of Section Thirty -Four (34), Township Ten (10) North, Range <br />Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as <br />follows: <br />Beginning at the southwest corner of the said West Half of the Southwest Quarter of the <br />Southwest Quarter (WI /2 SWI /4 SWI /4); thence northerly along and upon the west line of said <br />West Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (WI/2 SWI /4 SWI /4), a distance <br />of One Thousand Three Hundred Nine and Forty Eight Hundredths (1,309.48) feet to the <br />northwest corner of said West Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (W 1/2 <br />SWI /4 SWI /4); thence easterly, along and upon the north line of said West Half of the <br />Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (WI/2 SWI /4 SW 1/4), a distance of Six Hundred <br />Fifty Nine and Three Hundredths (659.03) feet to the northeast corner of said West Half of the <br />Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (W1 /2 SWI /4 SWI /4); thence southerly, along and <br />upon the ast line of said West Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (W 1/2 <br />SWI /4 SWI /4), a distance of One Thousand Three Hundred Seven and Twenty Five Hundredths <br />(1,307.25) feet to the southeast comer of said West Half of the Southwest Quarter of the <br />Southwest Quarter (WI/2 SWI /4 SWI /4); thence westerly, along and upon the south line of said <br />West Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (W 1/2 SWI /4 SWI /4), a distance <br />of Six Hundred Sixty Two and Twenty Four Hundredths (662.24) feet to the point of beginning <br />and containing 19.842 acres, more or less, of which 1.469 acres, more or less, is presently <br />occupied by public road right of way. <br />Dated: December � 2001 <br />Thomas A.
