m <br />T <br />G <br />O <br />n r) <br />= D <br />_ Z <br />_ <br />M y <br />co <br />N <br />co <br />m <br />z <br />-'1 m <br />O <br />CAD <br />G p <br />O. <br />i <br />EXTENSION AGREEMENT <br />This EXTENSION AGREEMENT made and executed this 11 TH day JANUARY, 2002, by , <br />and between HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, <br />hereinafter referred to as "Lender ", and <br />STEPHEN J HAYES AND CHYNA N HAYES, HUSBAND AND WIFE <br />hereinafter referred to as `Borrower ". <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note <br />secured by a Deed of Trust/Mortgage upon that real estate described as: <br />LOT FIVE (5) JACK VOSS SUBDIVISION BEING ART OF THE W '/2 SW '/< OF SECTION 2, <br />TOWNSHIP I 1 NORTH, RANGE 10 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />which Deed of Trust/Mortgage was dated DECEMBER 11, 1998, and filed for record on <br />DECEMBER 18. 1998, in the office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE, <br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA AS DOCUMENT #98- 112526. <br />WHEREAS, such Deed of Trust/Mortgage had a stated maturity date of JANUARY 1, 2009, <br />WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the <br />indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust/Mortgage, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension, the parties hereto give <br />notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. SS 76 -239 of the continued effectiveness of the Deed of <br />Trust/Mortgage above described in the following respects: <br />1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above - described Deed of Trust/Mortgage <br />is hereby AMENDED TO JANUARY 1, 2012. <br />2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS.
