Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust SHARON K BOYD, A SINGLE
<br />PERSON to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated NOVEMBER 3 1997. OCTOBER 30 1998 and recorded NOVEMBER 10, 1997;
<br />DECEMBER 14. 1998 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as - S
<br />Instrument Number 97- 109487: 98- 112314 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in o
<br />writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
