<br />The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by COAD MILLER AKA GOAD J MILLER AND
<br />MARTINA P DOETSCH HUSBAND AND wIFE, as truster, to Earl D Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for
<br />the benefit of Equitable Federal Savings Bank of Grand Island, formerly known as, The Equitable Building and
<br />Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, A Federal Savings Bank, Successor to The Equitable Building and Loan
<br />Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, as Beneficiary, dated APRIL 24, 2001 and recorded in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of HAL County, Nebraska as Document No. 200103642, has been paid, and the
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as
<br />confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee
<br />reconveys to the person or persons entitle thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired by the
