200200755 <br />12. Mortgagor agrees not to amend any of the terms and conditions of the first note an mortgage, including but not limited thereto the <br />agreement to escrow insurance and taxes with the first mortgage. I <br />13. If the premises, or any part thereof be condemned under any power of eminent don <br />proceeds, and the consideration for such acquisition, to the extent of the ;Full amount of <br />secured hereby retraining unpaid, are hereby assigned by the Mortgagor to the Mortgag <br />and shall be paid forthwith to the mortgagee to be applied by it on account of the indebi <br />14.
