<br />(K) "Elevbdmie Funds Trsosfer" means any transfer of funds, other than a trmhsamion originated by check, droll_ or
<br />similar paper instrument, which is initiated through an electronic tcxrnroud, telephonic inshvmenl, computer, or magnetic tape
<br />seas to aide,,insa'uct, orouthorireafinancial institution to debit nn' credit an account. Such term includes, but is not limited
<br />to, point -of sule transfers, automated teller machine tranaactiom, bobsleds initiated by telephone, wire transfers, and
<br />aummaled clearinghouse transfers.
<br />(1) "Escrow Items" means those items that are described in Scvtion 3.
<br />(M) "Miscellaneous Proceeds" means any compensation, settlement award ofdami ges, or proceeds paid by any third
<br />party (other than insurance proceeds paid under the coverages described in Section 5) fur: (if damage to, or destruction of,
<br />the Propctly; (ii) wndenm anion a other taking ofall of any part of the Property; (i ii) conveymree in lieu ofcondemnanon; or
<br />(iv) misrepresentations of, or omissions as to, the value and/or condition offs e Properly.
