Payment of Note. Trustor shall promptly pay when due the principal of and <br />interest on the debt evidenced by the Trust Deed and Promissory Note of even <br />date herewith together with all sums advanced by Beneficiary to protect the <br />Property, with interest thereon at the default rate provided in the Promissory Note. <br />2. Taxes & Assessments. Trustor will pay all real estate taxes levied on the <br />Property, including any tax levied on the debt secured hereby, when they become <br />due and before they become delinquent.
