200200713 <br />WARRANTY DEED <br />Grand West LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company, GRANTOR, in <br />consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) an other good and valuable consideration received <br />from GRANTEES, conveys to GRANTEES, Howard D. Hassett and DeAnn L. Hassett, <br />husband and wife as joint tenants and not as tenants in common, the following described <br />real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev.
