<br />On or about August 27, 1991, Columbus Federal Savings Bank, Beneficiary, assigned ail of its right,
<br />Lille and houeticial interest in the Deed of Trust to Principal Mutual Life Insurance Company- The
<br />Assignment was recorded September 4. 1991, in the office of the Register of Dccds ul' Hall County.
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument No. 91-105873.
<br />On or about December 20, 1993, Principal Mutual Life Insurance Company, Beneficiary, assigned
<br />all of its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc. the
<br />Assignment was recorded March 7, 1994, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Insnwnent No 94-101844.
<br />Camille R. Hawk, Attorney at Law, has been appointed Successor Trustee, pursuant to a Substitution
<br />Of'I'ntstee filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach Of an obligation of the Trustors for which
<br />the Trust property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the IrLISIOrs have failed to pay the Beneficiary
<br />payments that were con 1, acl ual ly due.
<br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid principal
<br />balance, together with interest thereon, at once due and payable, and the Trustee has elected to sell or cause
<br />to be sold the real property described in said Deed of Tnrst to satisfy said obligation.
