Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by SHARON ANN
<br />KELLEY, A SINGLE PERSON to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME
<br />FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the
<br />beneficiary named therein, dated AUGUST 4, 1999 and recorded AUGUST 11. 1999

<br />has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered: v
