200200647 EXHIBIT "A" A tract of land comprising a part of Lots Twenty -six (26) and Twenty -seven (27), County Subdivision of the West Halt' (W 1/2) of the Southwest Quarter of Section Ten (ill), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall Count-, Nebraska, more particularly, described as follows: Beginning at it point of the North Line of Lot Twenty -seven (27), where said line intersects the East R.O.W. line of Cherry Street; thence Easterly for One Hundred Twenty -five (t25) feet along the said North Line of Lot Twenty -seven (27) also being the South R.O.W. line of 12th Street; thence Southerly for One Hundred One (101) feet; thence Westerly for One Hundred Twenty -live (125) feet to it point of the East R.O.W. line of Cherry Street; thence Northerly for One Hundred One (101) feet along the said Easterly R.O.W. line to the point of beginning. EXCEPT that portion deeded to the City of Grand Island by deed recorded February 18, 1999 as Instrument #99- 101802, described as follows: Beginning at a point where the South Line of 12th Street intersects with the East Line of Cherry Street; thence East on the South Line of 12th Street for a distance of One Hundred Twenty -five (125) feet; thence South on a line One Hundred Twenty -five (125) feet East of and parallel to the East Line of Cherry Street for a distance of Ten (10) feet; thence Northwesterly on it line to a point on the East line of Cherry Street; thence North on the East Line of Cherry Street for it distance of Five (5) feet to the point of beginning.
