<br />Theresa Taylor, Personal Representative of the Estate of Edna M. Greek, Deceased,
<br />Grantor, pursuant to power of sale provisions contained in the Last Will and Testament of
<br />Decedent filed in the Hall County Court, No. PR 01 -166 in consideration of One Dollar
<br />($1.00), and other good and valuable consideration, received from Grantees, conveys an
<br />undivided one -half (1/2) interest to Harold R. Veeder and Peggy L. Veeder, Husband and
<br />Wife, as joint tenants with rights of survivorship, and an undivided one -half (1/2) interest
<br />to Jason R. Veeder, a single person, Grantees, in the following described real estate (as
<br />defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76 -201):
<br />Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE1 /4NE1/4) of
<br />Section Twenty -Four (24), in Township Twelve (12) North, Range Twelve
<br />(12), West of the 6' P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly
<br />described as follows: Commencing at a point on the south boundary line of
<br />Syria Street in the Village of Cairo, Nebraska, which point is 60 feet South
<br />of the Southeast Corner of Lot Six (6), Block Four (4), Fourth Addition to
<br />Cairo, Nebraska, thence running westerly; along the South Line of Syria
<br />Street for a distance of Ninety (90) feet, thence running Southerly a distance
<br />of One Hundred (100) Feet, thence Easterly Ninety (90) Feet, thence running
<br />northerly a distance of One Hundred (100) feet to the place of beginning.
<br />subject to easements, covenants, and restrictions of record.
<br />Grantor covenants with Grantees that Grantor has legal power and lawful authority to
<br />convey the same.
