200200618 <br />Lender or the receiver shall be applied first to payment of the costs of management of the <br />Property and collection of rents including, but not limited to, receiver's fees, premiums on <br />receiver's bonds and reasonable attorney fees, and then to the sums secured by this Deed <br />of Trust. <br />16. Upon payment of all sums as herein provided, Lender shall direct Trustee to <br />reconvey the Property and shall surrender this Deed of Trust and the Debt secured <br />hereby. Trustee shall reconvey the Property without warranty and without charge to the <br />persons legally entitled to it. <br />17. Lender, at its option, may from time to time remove Trustee and appoint a <br />successor Trustee by an instrument recorded in the county in which this Deed of Trust is <br />recorded. Without conveyance of the property, the successor Trustee shall succeed to all <br />the title, power and duties conferred upon Trustee herein and by Nebraska Law. <br />18. Borrower requests that copies of all notice provided herein be sent to Bor- <br />rower's address hereinabove indicated. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF the Borrower has signed this Deed of Trust on the <br />Date first noted above. <br />Glenda L.
