<br />Beneficiary (whether one or more) is ORVILLE O. QUALSETT and MARY K.
<br />QUALSETT, Husband and Wife, whose address for purposes of notification under this
<br />Deed of Trust is Bucktail Lake 413, Clarks, NE 68628, and is sometimes herein
<br />identified as Lender.
<br />WHEREAS, the Deed to the property herein described prior to the execution of
<br />this Deed of Trust remained in Escrow pending final payment of all sums evidenced by a
<br />Contract for Sale of Real Estate dated September 26, 1994 between the parties herein
<br />identified;
<br />WHEREAS, the Tmstor has requested that the Deed in Escrow be recorded and
<br />that this Deed of Trust be given in substitution of the security previously existing by
<br />reason of such arrangement,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, the undersigned hereby provide:
<br />BORROWER IRREVOCABLY CONVEYS TO TRUSTEE, IN TRUST, WITH

<br />together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures, streets, alleys, passageways, case-
<br />ments, rights, privileges and appurtenances located thereon or in anywise pertaining
<br />thereto, and the rents, issues and profits, reversions and remainders thereof, and such
<br />personal properly that is attached to the improvements so as to constitute a fixture,
<br />including, but not limited to, heating and cooling equipment and together with the
<br />homestead or marital interests, if any, which interests we hereby released and waived, all
<br />of which, including replacements and additions thereto, is hereby declared to be a part of
<br />the real estate secured by the lien of this Deed of Trust and all of the foregoing being
