Hight and Karen A. Hight, Tenants in <br />Common and Melanie Ann Hight, a single person, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank is named as <br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded as Document #99- 101433 in the <br />Register of Deeds office of Hall County dated February 9, 1999, and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank, <br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above <br />mentioned as follows: <br />West Half of the Southwest Quarter (W' /2SW'/4) in Section Thirty -Five (35), Township Ten (10) North, <br />Range Twelve (12) West of the 6'h P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid; <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, <br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally <br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand <br />Island, Nebraska this 14th day of January, 2002. <br />VO INTS & FIVE POINTS BANK, TRUSTEE <br />1P 0,9 <br />SU <br />VEAL ' YG <br />y'•..S •; Q� d yle <br />�'O �'•••....••'' F,� Ti le: Executive a President <br />�SCAND,N <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />The foregoing Deed of Reconveyance was acknowledged before me this 14'h day of January, <br />2002, by Edward M.
