Hight and Karen A. Hight, Tenants in Common and Melanie Ann Hight, a single person, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded as Document #99- 101433 in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County dated February 9, 1999, and WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows: West Half of the Southwest Quarter (W' /2SW'/4) in Section Thirty -Five (35), Township Ten (10) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6'h P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid; NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
