CORRECTIVE DEED OF ` RECONVEYANCE 200200602 The undersigned, Wells Fargo Bank Nebraska, N.A., formerly known as Norwest Bank Nebraska N.A. is the named TRUSTEE under that certain Deed of Trust dated May 1, 1998 executed by Third City Christian Church, a Nebraska non -profit corporation as TRUSTOR, in which Ronald L. Adams, Trustee, is named as BENEFICIARY, and recorded May 1, 1998 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as instrument number 98- 104160. By Deed of Reconveyance dated November 22, 1999, and recorded December 28, 1999 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument number 99 112225, said TRUSTEE, acting pursuant to the written request receive from BENEFICIARY to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by said Deed of Trust have been paid in full and that the Deed of Trust and the Promissory Note secured by the Deed of Trust have been surrendered to said TRUSTEE for cancellation did reconvey without warranty to the person or persons entitled thereto certain real estate held by it under the Deed of Trust recorded as Instrument number 98- 104160 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit: Lot 2, Ross Acres Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska as surveyed, platted and recorded. Said Deed of Reconveyance, however, reconveyed less than all of the real property subject to said Deed of Trust. Now therefore in accordance with the written request of the BENEFICIARY described above and the provisions of said Deed of Trust, the undersigned, as Trustee, hereby reconveys without warranty to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, all of the estate held by it under such Deed of Trust. The real property is Lot 2, Ross Acres Subdivision of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska as surveyed, platted and recorded and that property described on Exhibit A attached to and made a part of this Corrected Deed of Reconveyance.
