200200565 <br />proportionate share of the cost of obtaining and maintaining said hazard and <br />liability insurance. Such share of insurance premiums together with interest, <br />costs of enforcement and reasonable attorney fees shall be a charge on the <br />land subject to this Declaration (as amended) and shall be a continuing lien <br />upon the property against which each such assessment is made. All <br />subsequent purchasers shall take title subject to said lien and be bound to <br />inquire of this Association as to the amount of any unpaid insurance <br />premiums. <br />All provisions of said Declaration not specifically amended are hereby ratified, <br />approved and remain in full force and effect. <br />Dated November 13, 2001. <br />GRAND WEST, LLC, Owner <br />Steven D.
