<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />DONALD K ROUTH AND SUSAN K ROUTH, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated APRIL L 1994 and recorded APRIL 6, 1994 in the Office of the HALL COUNTY
<br />REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, as Document k 94- 102811
<br />has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the beneficiary
<br />named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee
<br />by or through said frost Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:

<br />OF PART OF THE EAST 11ALF OF THE, NORTHEAST QUARTER (E' /: NE ' /<) OF SECTION
<br />TEN (10), IN TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE NINE (9) WEST OF THE 6TH P.M.,
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA AND THAT PART OF VACATED ALLEY AS SHOWN IN
<br />ORDINANCE NO. 4824 FILED FEBRUARY 16, 1970 IN THE REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE
<br />IN BOOK 20, PAGE 204,
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
