<br />the northwest corner of said Section 28, being the northwest corner of Lot 4 above
<br />described, and running thence South 503 feet to a point on the west line of said
<br />Section 28; thence East parallel with the north line of said Section 28, 931 feet; thence
<br />North parallel with the west line of said Section 28 to the north line of said Section;
