ZWINK AND ROBERT RAY ZWINK, wife and husband, each <br />in her and his own right and as spouse of the other, herein <br />called the Grantors, in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) <br />received from Grantees, do grant, bargain, sell, convey and <br />confirm unto MARK ALLEN TAYLOR AND TAMARA MARIE TAYLOR, husband <br />and wife, as joint tenants with right of survivorship, and not as <br />tenants in common, the following described real estate in Hall <br />County, Nebraska: <br />Lot Three (3), Block Two (2), in West Bel Air Addition <br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises together <br />with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto <br />belonging unto the Grantees and to their assigns, or to the heirs <br />and assigns of the survivor of them forever. <br />And Grantors do hereby covenant with the Grantees that <br />Grantors are lawfully seized of said premises; that they are free <br />from encumbrance, except easements and restrictions of record; <br />that they are conveyed subject to covenants, conditions, <br />restrictions, reservations and easements of record; that Grantor's <br />have good right and lawful authority to convey the same; and that <br />Grantors warrant and will defend the title to said premises <br />against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. <br />It is the intention of all parties hereto that in the event <br />of the death of either of the Grantees, the entire fee simple <br />title to the real estate shall vest in the surviving Grantee. <br />Dated this y� day of January, 2002. <br />Pegg n Taylor <br />Gary David Taylor <br />Elizabedth J.
