<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed
<br />by John A Gohner and Mary B Gohner. Husband and Wife to COLUMBUS
<br />FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, Trustee for the benefit of COLUMBUS FEDERAL G
<br />SAVINGS BANK, the beneficiary named therein, dated March 24. 1995 and
<br />recorded March 30.1995 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska as Instrument # 95- 101835 has been paid, and said beneficiary
<br />has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered
<br />as confirmed by its endorsement below;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with
<br />the requests of the beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by
<br />these presents, grant, remise and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
