<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />CHINA INN PARTNERSHIP, A NEBRASKA GENERAL PARTNERSHIP, NGHI TRIEU
<br />& MING ZHOU, HUSBAND AND WIFE AND SOON AN KOH, A SINGLE PERSON
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated NOVEMBER 29. 1996 and recorded DFCF,MBER 6. 1996 in the Office of the HALL
<br />COUNTY REGISTFR OF DEEDS OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, as Document #
<br />96- 109492 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the beneficiary
<br />named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and

<br />THENCE SOUTHERLY AT RIGHT ANGLES A DISTANCE OF 24'1.5 FEET, THENCE WESTERLY A RIGHT ANGLES TO

<br />OF MAY, 1930, TO R. L MERRICK, WHICH DEED IS RECORDED AT PAGE 627, IN BOOK 69, FROM DEED RECORDS IN
<br />THE OFFICE OF REGISTER OF DEEDS, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, THE NORTHEASTERLY CORNER THEREOF,
<br />THENCE WESTERLY ALONG THE NORTHERLY LINE OF SAID TRACT SO CONVEYED BY GRANTOR TO THE SAID
<br />MERRICK TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING.
