<br />N KNOW ALL MEN BY TFIESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />CHINA INN PARTNERSHIP, A NEBRASKA GENERAL PARTNERSHIP, NGHI TRIEU
<br />& MING ZHOU, HUSBAND AND WIFE AND SOON AN KOH, A SINGLE PERSON
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated NOVEMBER 29. 1996 and recorded DFCF,MBER 6. 1996 in the Office of the HALL
<br />COUNTY REGISTFR OF DEEDS OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, as Document #
<br />96- 109492 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the beneficiary
<br />named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee
<br />by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:

<br />(28) IN TOWNSHIP ELEVEN III) NORTH, RANGE NINE (9) WEST OF THE 6TH P M., RUNNING THENCE NORTH I (10
<br />FEET ALONG A LINE. PARALLEL TO AND 33 FEET EAST OF THE SECTION LINE BETWEEN SECTIONS
<br />TWENTY -SEVEN (27) AND'rWENTY EIGHT (28), THENCE EASTERLY AT RIGHT ANGLES A DISTANCE OF 361.5 FEET,
<br />THENCE SOUTHERLY AT RIGHT ANGLES A DISTANCE OF 24'1.5 FEET, THENCE WESTERLY A RIGHT ANGLES TO
<br />'rHE SOUTHEASTERLY CORNER OF THE 'III ACT CONVEYED BY THE GRANTOR' I HEREIN NAMED ON THE 6TH DAY
<br />OF MAY, 1930, TO R. L MERRICK, WHICH DEED IS RECORDED AT PAGE 627, IN BOOK 69, FROM DEED RECORDS IN
<br />THE OFFICE OF REGISTER OF DEEDS, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, THE NORTHEASTERLY CORNER THEREOF,
<br />THENCE WESTERLY ALONG THE NORTHERLY LINE OF SAID TRACT SO CONVEYED BY GRANTOR TO THE SAID
<br />MERRICK TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING.
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
