<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT-:
<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by GONZALO
<br />SOTO AND ELGA YAMILE ORDONEZ to FIVE POINTS BANK, Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of TAMNI SUNDLING, the beneficiary named therein, dated December 31,. 1999
<br />and recorded January 4, 2000 in the Register of Deeds Office of HALL County, Nebraska
<br />as Document No. 200000099, and has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing
<br />that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of
<br />the beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />Lot Three (3); Lot Four (4); the Northerly Forty Four (44) feet of Lots One (1) and Two (2); the
<br />Northerly Twenty Two (22) feet of the Southerly Eighty Eight (88) feet of Lot One (1); and the
<br />Northerly Twenty Two (22) feet of the Southerly Eighty Eight (88) feet of the Easterly Five (5)
<br />feet of Lot Two (2); all in Block Thirty Nine (39) in the Original Town, now city of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belong to such premises.
