<br />DRIVEWAY EASEMENT
<br />The undersigned, Harlon Kenyon and Carol Kenyon, husband and --`-�
<br />wife, each in his and her own right and as spouse of the other,
<br />Grantors, for and in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) paid to
<br />them by Grantees, do hereby grant and convey to David Kenyon and
<br />Isabel Kenyon, husband and wife, Grantees, a perpetual, non-
<br />exclusive driveway easement over and upon the northerly twenty
<br />feet (201) of the real estate described upon Exhibit I which is
<br />attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference and
<br />which is hereinafter referred to as Tract A, for the following
<br />purposes and uses and subject to the following provisions:
<br />1. The purpose of this easement is to provide ingress and
<br />egress over and upon the northerly twenty feet (201) of Tract A
<br />for motor vehicles and farm equipment to and from the real estate
<br />which is hereinafter referred to as Tract B and the legal
<br />description to which is:
<br />Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter
<br />(SEI-nNWl -4) of Section Twenty -two (22), Township
<br />Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10), West of the
<br />6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />2. This Driveway Easement is and shall continue to be an
<br />appurtenance to Tract B, shall run with the land and shall be
<br />transferred and conveyed with all future conveyances of Tract B
<br />whether or not that conveyance mentions or describes this
<br />easement and shall inure to the benefit of Grantees and all
<br />successive owners of Tract B, their heirs and assigns as well as
<br />their tenants, lessees, guests and invitees.
<br />3. Grantors shall not have any duty or obligation to
<br />maintain the driveway which is permitted by this easement.
<br />4. Grantees and their tenants, lessees, grantees, invitees
<br />and all others using the driveway permitted by this easement
