Any <br />responsibility for reporting to and compliance with the EPA or <br />any other regulatory agency shall be with the Owners of Tract B. <br />4. Grantors make no warranty as to the present condition <br />or capacity of the well but do covenant and agree that they will <br />not do anything, either intentionally or otherwise, which will <br />adversely affect the well, its use, output or operation in any <br />way. The Owners of Tract B also covenant and agree that they <br />will not do anything, either intentionally or otherwise, which <br />will advers•�1y affect the :cell, its use, output cr operation in <br />any way. <br />5.
