Friedricksen, a single person, Trustor, did on or about <br />August 31, 2000, make, execute and deliver to Jerry J. Milner, Attorney at Law, as Trustee, a Deed of o <br />Trust wherein said Trustor conveyed the following described real property: <br />0 <br />"Lot One (1) Versaw Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska" <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustor obtained from Associates Financial Services <br />Company Inc., a division of CitiFinancial, Inc. (MD), Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust, which Deed of <br />Trust was recorded on September 1, 2000 in Instrument No. 2000 - 07145, in the office of the Register of <br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustor for which <br />the trust property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustor has failed to pay the Beneficiary <br />payments which were contractually due on October 10, 2000 through December 10, 2001, together with <br />interest accruing thereon. <br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary herein has, pursuant to the Nebraska Trust Deeds <br />Act, appointed Michael F. Kivett, Attorney at Law, as Successor Trustee, and that notice is hereby given <br />that the undersigned Trustee, at the request of the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid <br />principal balance, together with interest thereon at once due and payable and has elected to sell or cause <br />to be sold the real property described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said obligation. <br />Dated this ! d y of January, 2002. <br />Michael .
