<br />DOLLARS ($325,000.00) received from GRANTEE, KLW INVESTMENTS,
<br />L.L.C., a Nebraska limited liability company, conveys to GRANTEE,
<br />the following- described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev.
<br />Stat. 76 -201) situated in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />An undivided one -half (1/2) interest in Lot One (1),
<br />except the North Forty -Two (42) Feet, of Medical Park
<br />Fourth Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska,
<br />subject to easements and restrictions of record.
<br />GRANTOR covenants with GRANTEE that GRANTOR:
<br />(1) is lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is
<br />free from encumbrance;
<br />(2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the
<br />same; and
<br />(3) warrants and will defend title to the real estate
<br />against any acts of the the GRANTOR.
