<br />1994 Executed by Chad J Cox and Wendy D Cox, Husband and Wife, Trustor, in

<br />is named as beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, and recorded November 18,

<br />reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid and
