Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust BARRY D SCHULTZ AND DEBRA L
<br />SCHULTZ, HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME
<br />FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the
<br />beneficiary named therein, dated OCTOBER 22, 1998 and recorded DECEMBER 10, 1998 in
<br />the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 98- 112180
<br />has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
