AFFIDAVIT OF DEATH OF TRUSTEE STATE OF NEBRASKA ) )ss. COUNTY OF YORK ) 200200287 I, LaVerne N. Alms, Affiant, being first duly sworn upon oath, does depose and state as follows: 1. Affiant is the surviving spouse of Paula J. Alms and has knowledge of the facts stated herein because Affiant is in possession of the trust documents mentioned herein. 2. That Paula J. Alms and Affiant conveyed the following described real estate to Paula J. Alms, Trustee by deed dated February 26, 1999 and recorded as instrument 99- 102373 in the records of the Register of Deeds for Hall County, Nebraska on March 4,1999, to -wit: Lot Five (5), Block Forty -three (43), Charles Wasmer's 2nd Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; Lot Eight (8), Block Thirty -four (34) of Charles Wasmer's 2nd Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; 3. That attached hereto as Exhibit "1" is a copy of the death certificate showing that Paula J. Alms died on November 21, 2001, which is incorporated herein. 4. That pursuant to the terms of the Paula J. Alms Trust, the Successor Trustee is Cornerstone Bank, N.A., of York, Nebraska 68467, and the said Cornerstone Bank, N.A. has accepted the position as Trustee and has complete and full authority to act as such Trustee for the above - described property, as evidenced by Exhibit "2 attached hereto and incorporated herein.
