The undersigned, KENNETH W STAAB AND ROSE MARY STAAB, HUSBAND

<br />The undersigned hereby acknowledges that this Assignment is given as additional
<br />collateral for a loan which Equitable Federal Savings Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska, is making
<br />to the undersigned as evidenced by a Deed of Trust dated January 2, 2002 and filed at the
<br />Register of Deeds Office, Hall County, of the State of Nebraska.
