<br />THE MEADOWS APARTMENT HOMES, L.L.C., A Nebraska Limited
<br />Liability Company, GRANTOR, in consideration of NINETY -FIVE
<br />THOUSAND DOLLARS ($95,000.00) received from GRANTEE, which is
<br />hereby acknowledged, does hereby convey to THOMAS P. O'CONNOR, A
<br />Single Person, and RAYMOND J. O'CONNOR and JENNIFER S. O'CONNOR,
<br />Husband and Wife, all as joint tenants with rights of survivorship,
<br />collectively hereinafter referred to as GRANTEE, the following
<br />described real estate in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Suite 1 Oakwood Subdivision Condominium Property Regime III,
<br />in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
<br />thereto and all the estate, title interest, claim or demand
<br />whatsoever of said GRANTOR, subject to easements and restrictions
<br />of record.
<br />GRANTOR covenants with the GRANTEE that GRANTOR:
<br />(1) is lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is
<br />free from encumbrances except as stated herein;
<br />(2) has good right and lawful authority to sell the same;
<br />(3) warrants and will defend the title to the real estate
<br />against the lawful claims of all persons.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, THE MEADOWS APARTMENT HOMES, L.L.C., A
<br />Nebraska Limited Liability Company, has caused these presents to be
