DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, FIDELITY NATIONAL TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY is the Trustee under a Deed
<br />of Trust dated MAY 22, 1998, executed by MARTIN P. SCHMIDT AND MARCIA R.
<br />SCHMIDT, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as Trustor' for the benefit of THE PLATTE VALLEY
<br />STATE BANK & TRUST COMPANY, which Deed of Trust was recorded MAY 22, 1998 as
<br />Instrument No. 98- 104893, in Book No. - - -, at Page No. - -- in the Office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of HALL County, NEBRASKA;
<br />AND WHEREAS, the Beneficiary, HOMESIDE LENDING, INC., has requested a
<br />reconveyance of the trust property to the person or person entitled thereto;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee does hereby grant and reconvey to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Deed of Trust in the following described premises:
