The legal description contained in the Deed of Trust dated June 24, 1991, outlined a number of exceptions to Lute 9 and 4 of Palu Sub. However, the manner in which the exceptions ware identified and laid out in that legal description created a slight cloud of doubt as to the intent. (It appeared possible that the parcels laid out with "ends" could be tied to the original mortgaged property rather than to the exceptions,) In order to clear up any questions, the partial release was issued at no cost to the Association or the Borrower.
