<br />0200104264, executed by Todd Friesen, a single person and Lori Pfeifer, a single
<br />person, as Trustor, in which The Equitable Building and Loan Association, FSB, is
<br />named as Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, is named as Trustee; and the
<br />Beneficiary, hereby gives notice that a breach of an obligation for which nature of such
<br />breach is the Trustor's failure to make debt payments as they became due. You are
<br />hereby notified that because of such default the indebtedness secured by said Trust
<br />Deed is accelerated as of January 7, 2001; be notified that because of such default the
<br />undersigned has elected to sell or cause to be sold the trust property to satisfy the
<br />obligations under the Trust Deed; the trust property affected is as follows:
