CANCELLATION OF NOTICES OF DEFAULT
<br />The undersigned hereby cancels the Notices of Default filed for record May 1, 2001, and
<br />November 27, 2001, and recorded in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as
<br />Instrument Nos. 0200103901 and 0200112148. Said Notices of Default refer to the Deed of Trust
<br />executed by Daniel F. Strohl and Sally A. Strohl, as husband and wife, as Trustors, in which Mortgage
<br />Express is named as Beneficiary and Michael Kivett is the Trustee. The Deed of Trust was thereafter °
<br />filed for record July 28, 1999 and recorded in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska as Instrument No.99- 107615.
<br />On or about July 22, 1999, Mortgage Express, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and
<br />beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to BankOne, National Association, f /k/a The First National Bank
<br />of Chicago, as Trustee. The Assignment was recorded August 10, 2000, in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 200006486.
<br />Michael E. Currans, Attorney at Law, has been appointed Successor Trustee, pursuant to a
<br />Substitution of Trustee filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
