O'Neill and Timothy R. O'Neill, being - first duly sworn, <br />depose and state as follows: <br />1. The Affiants are familiar with the following described real estate: <br />Lot Seventeen (17), Heritage Acres Subdivision, Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />2. The Affiants were the grantor and grantee, respectively, in a quitclaim deed dated <br />April 29, 1998, and recorded in the office of the Hall County Register of Deeds <br />on April 30, 1998, at Document No. 98- 104084, which purported to convey an <br />interest in the above described real estate. <br />3. The Affiants declare and affirm that at no time has either of the Affiants owned an <br />interest, legal or equitable, in the above described real estate and that the <br />aforementioned quitclaim deed conveyed nothing and was a nullity. <br />FURTHER AFTIANTS SAI H NOT. <br />Joseph P.
