As used herein, Trust Deed means that document dated March NN <br />9, 1999, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of <br />Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 99- 102596, wherein <br />DOUGLAS C. LUTH AND SHERRI L. LUTH, husband and wife, AND RICK S. <br />JOHNSON AND PATRICIA A. JOHNSON, husband and wife, is Trustor, <br />HOWARD E. TRACY, Attorney, is Trustee, and FRED H. BOSSELMAN is <br />Beneficiary of the following described real estate, to -wit: <br />Lots Eleven (11), Twelve (12) and Thirteen (13), except <br />the East 42.78 feet of Lots Twelve (12) and Thirteen <br />(13), Mehring and Giesenhagen Second Subdivision, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />Acting pursuant to written request of the Beneficiary given <br />on December 27, 2001, the Trustee hereby reconveys the real <br />estate to the person or persons entitled thereto. <br />Executed this 27th day of December, 2001. <br />Howard E.
