<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the ,
<br />Deed of Trust with Future Advances dated September 12, 1997, and executed by Rick S. Johnson & C7
<br />Patricia A. Johnson, husband and wife, & Douglas C. Luth and Sherri L. Luth, husband and wife, as C7
<br />Tenants in Common AND Central Waste Disposal, Inc. a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustors, in which
<br />Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded as
<br />Document 497- 107852 in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County dated September 23, 1997 and,
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank,
<br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above
<br />mentioned as follows:
<br />That Real Property set forth on "Exhibit A" attached hereto and made a part hereto by reference
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska this 20th day of December, 2001.
