<br />WHEREAS, WILLIAM E. LANGDON is the Trustee under a Deed of Trust dated MARCH 06,
<br />2000, executed by WILLIAM H. ACKERMAN AND LESLIE ANN ACKERMAN, INDIVIDUALLY AVID
<br />AS HUSBAND & WIFE, as Trustor, for the benefit of DEERE & COMPANY CREDIT UNION,
