DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, WILLIAM E. LANGDON is the Trustee under a Deed of Trust dated SEPTEMBER
<br />20, 1999, executed by STEVEN MILBOURN, NANCY MILBOURN, as Trustor, for the
<br />benefit of U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, which Deed of Trust was recorded
<br />SEPTEMBER 24, 1999 as Instrument No. 0099109480, in Book No. - - -, at Page No.
<br />- -- in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, NEBRASKA;
<br />AND WHEREAS, the Beneficiary, U.S. BANK NA FKA FIRST BANK NA, has requested a
<br />reconveyance of the trust property to the person or person entitled thereto;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee does hereby grant and reconvey to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Deed of Trust in the following described premises:
