EXTENSION AGREEMENT
<br />THIS EXTENSION AGREEMENT made and executed this 27th day of December,
<br />2001 , by and between HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, hereinafter referred to as "Lender ", and Harold Green, Jr. and Delores A. *)''
<br />Green, husband and wife, hereinafter referred to as "Borrower ".

<br />WHEREAS, Borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note
<br />secured by a Deed of Trust/Mortgage upon that real estate described as:
<br />PARCEL 1: FRACTIONAL LOT TWO (2) AND FRACTIONAL LOT THREE (3),
<br />BOTH IN BLOCK ONE HUNDRED ELEVEN (I 11) IN RAILROAD ADDITION TO THE
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, AND FRACTIONAL LOT TWO (2) AND
<br />FRACTIONAL LOT THREE (3), BOTH IN BLOCK SEVENTEEN (17) IN ROLLINS
<br />ADDITION TO "THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA.
<br />PARCEL 2: THE SOUTHERLY FIFTY -ONE (5 1) FEET OF LOT FOUR (4) IN
<br />BLOCK SEVENTEEN (17) IN ROLLINS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />NEBRASKA, SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT FOR THE UNDERGROUND SEWER PIPE
<br />EXISTING FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE NORTHERLY EIGHT -ONE (8 1) FEET OF- THE
<br />SAID LOT AND WITH THE BENEFIT OF AN EASEMENT FOR THE UNDERGROUND
<br />WATER PIPE AS AT PRESENT EXISTING ACROSS THE NORTHERLY EIGHT -ONE
<br />FEET (8 1) OF SAID LOT AND FURTHER SUBJECT TO EASEMENT RIGHTS AS SET
<br />FORTH IN THE WARRANTY DEED RECORDED IN BOOK 91 AT PAGE 617 OF THE
<br />DEED RECORDS OF THE OFFICE OF THE REGISTER OF DEEDS OF HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA, TOGETHER WITH THE BENEFITS OF THE EASEMENTS ALSO SET
<br />FORTH IN THE TERMS OF SAID DEED.
<br />which Deed of Trust/Mortgage was dated December 23, 1980 and filed for record on
<br />December 23, 1980 , in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Document No. 80- 007392:
<br />WHEREAS, such Deed of Trust/Mortgage had a stated maturity date of January 10,
<br />2001: and later extend unto February 01 2006
<br />WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the
<br />indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust/Mortgage,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension, the parties hereto
<br />give notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. 76 -239 of the continued effectiveness of the Deed
<br />of Trust/Mortgage above described in the following respects:
<br />1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above - described Deed of
<br />Trust/Mortgage is hereby extended to December 01, 2012.
