Schwan and Joan E. Schwan, hereinafter called borrower, of Hall County, Nebraska, creating a lien and security interest in the following described real estate recorded as document no. 97- 109847 And, Heritage Bank, Grand Island, Nebraska, hereinafter called new lender has loaned money to borrower in the amount of $63,500, provided new lender receives a Deed of Trust and first lien on the foregoing described real estate to secure the performance of all terms and conditions of the secured promissory note and any payments thereunder.
