200200043 REAL NAMES UNKNOWN, were duly served with process herein but each of such named Defendants, with the exception of ALONSO JACOBO, have failed to appear, plead or answer within the time permitted by law, and they are hereby severally found and adjudged to be in default. 2. The Court finds that the Defendant, ALONSO JACOBO, as the purchaser of a tax sale certificate dated August 1, 2000, had an interest in the real estate herein described to the extent of his lien in the amount of Nine Hundred Sixty and 72/100 Dollars ($960.72) plus interest thereon as provided by law from August 1, 2000, but such interest has been extinguished by Plaintiffs' payment to said Alonso Jacobo in full. 3. The Court finds generally in favor of the Plaintiffs, and that the allegations of their petition are true. 4. The Court specifically finds that the Plaintiff, JAMES RODENBAUGH and ARLENE RODENBAUGH, have been in actual, continuous, notorious, exclusive, and adverse possession of the real estate described hereinabove under claim of title for more than ten (10) years immediately prior to the commencement of this action, intending and claiming such title and possession against all persons whomsoever, during all of this time. 4. The fee simple legal title should be quieted and confirmed in the Plaintiffs, JAMES RODENBAUGH and ARLENE RODENBAUGH, Husband and Wife. IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the title to the following described real estate: The North Thirty -Three (33) feet of the South One Hundred Ninety -Nine (199) feet of Lot Twenty -Five (25) of the County Subdivision of the West Half (W1 /2) of the Southwest Quarter (SWl /4) of Section Ten (10), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, be and the same is quieted and confirmed in the Plaintiffs, JAMES RODENBAUGH and ARLENE RODENBAUGH, Husband and Wife, as against each of the Defendants and against all persons having or claiming any interest in the real estate, real names unknown, and each and all of them are hereby enjoined forever from asserting any claim or interest in the real estate, or
