<br />CONSENT TO CONDITIONAL ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE
<br />AS ADDITIONAL SECURITY
<br />The undersigned Lessor, namely KUESTER LAKE, INC., hereby consents to the
<br />conditional assignment to HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, (Secured Party), by JAMES K JEFFRIES AND KELLI J
<br />JEFFRIES , (Debtors), of a Lease dated
<br />APRIL 25, 1985 , where Kuester Lake, Inc., is the Lessor and JAMES K
<br />JEFFRIES AND KELLI J JEFFRIES are the Lessee, such Lease commenced
<br />APRIL 25, 1985 , and terminated APRIL 24. 2020 , and pertains to:
<br />LOTS EIGHTEEN (18) AND NINETEEN (19), HAVING A LAKE FRONT FOOTAGE OF 200 FEET
<br />SITUATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE EAST PORTION OF KUESTER LAKE AND BEING ON A
<br />PART OF THE E1 /2 SE1 /4 IN SECTION 139 TOWNSHIP 11 NORTH, RANGE 9, WEST OF THE
<br />6TH P.M., IN HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, BOUNDED ON THE EASTERLY SIDE BY THE COMMON
<br />ROAD, AND COMMONLY KNOWN AS #40 KUESTER LAKE, GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA.
<br />Said Conditional Assignment to which this Lessor consents was given by said Debtors to
<br />HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />NEBRASKA, (Secured Party) as additional security for payment of a note (bond) in the amount
<br />of $ 26, 896.57 and a Financing Statement or mortgage covering the above - described
<br />premises and securing payment of said note (bond).
<br />Such assignment to remain effective until said note (bond) is paid.
