<br />SITUATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE EAST PORTION OF KUESTER LAKE AND BEING ON A
<br />PART OF THE E1 /2 SEl /4 IN SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 11 NORTH, RANGE 9, WEST OF THE
<br />6TH P.M., IN HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA BOUNDED ON THE EASTERLY SIDE BY THE COMMMON
<br />ROAD, AND COMMONLY KNOWN AS #40 KUESTER LAKE, GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA.
<br />It is understood that if the Assignors pay said indebtedness of $ 26,896.57 , with
<br />interest and according to the provisions of the Financing Statement given by them to the
<br />Assignee, that this Conditional Assignment of said Lease will thereafter be null and void and of no
<br />further force nor effect.
