n <br />2 <br />rn <br />n <br />G � <br />M <br />M <br />n <br />C <br />2 <br />C) <br />rn <br />n <br />0 <br />D <br />N <br />Z <br />EXTENSION AGREEMENT <br />rn <br />o,:-k <br />rn <br />o t• <br />� P <br />o Cl) <n <br />N O -� <br />G A <br />M <br />o <br />N <br />0 <br />0 <br />W <br />O m <br />S m <br />r x <br />r � <br />D <br />C!� <br />0 <br />N <br />0 <br />0 <br />N <br />0 <br />0 <br />0 <br />-�7 <br />This EXTENSION AGREEMENT made and executed this,2/� -M day DECEMBER. 2001, <br />by and between HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND <br />ISLAND, hereinafter referred to as "Lender ", and <br />a <br />WILLIAM R SORENSEN AND DEBORAH L SORENSEN, HUSBAND AND WIFE <br />G <br />hereinafter referred to as "Borrower ". <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note <br />secured by a Deed of Trust/Mortgage upon that real estate described as: <br />LOT 12, BLOCK 1 MEVES FIRST ADDITION, CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, <br />NEBRASKA <br />which Deed of Trust/Mortgage was dated NOVEMBER 21, 1996, and filed for record on <br />DECEMBER 9, 1996, in the office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE, HALL <br />COUNTY, NEBRASOKA AS DOCUMENT #96- 109569. <br />WHEREAS, such Deed of Trust/Mortgage had a stated maturity date of DECEMBER 1, 2001, <br />WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the <br />indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust/Mortgage, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension, the parties hereto give <br />notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. SS 76 -239 of the continued effectiveness of the Deed of <br />Trust/Mortgage above described in the following respects: <br />1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above - described Deed of Trust/Mortgage <br />is hereby AMENDED TO DECEMBER 1, 2026. <br />2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS. Except as specifically modified by this Extension <br />Agreement, all other terms, covenants and conditions contained in the above - described <br />Deed of Trust/Mortgage shall remain in full force and effect as security for the remaining <br />indebtedness concurrently herewith extended. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned have executed this Extension Agreement on the <br />date first noted above. <br />HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN <br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND <br />By: "Lender" <br />
