<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS;
<br />That whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Mary Ann
<br />Westwood and Terry Westwood, wife and husband to Jerry J. Milner, a member of
<br />Nebraska Bar Association, as trustee for the benefit of ITT Financial Services, the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, dated July 7h, 1993 and recorded in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska in Book 93- 105824, has been paid, and said
<br />beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below:
<br />Now, therefore, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant,
<br />remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and
<br />estate derived to said Trustee by or though saiu Trust Deed in the foliowing described
<br />premises but only as to such premises:
<br />Lot Nine (9) Block Two (2), Dale Roush Second Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska.
