<br />of Trust dated JULY 06, 2001, executed by JOSE B. DELGADO AND AURA M. GUTIERREZ,
<br />HUSBAND AND WIFE, as Trustor, for the benefit of UNION BANK AND TRUST COMPANY,
<br />which Deed of Trust was recorded JULY 19, 2001 as Instrument No. 0200107065, in
<br />Book No. - - -, at Page No. - -- in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL
<br />County, NEBRASKA;
<br />AND WHEREAS, the Beneficiary, WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK FA, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST
<br />TO HOMESIDE LENDING INC BY OPERATION OF LAW, has requested a reconveyance of the
<br />trust property to the person or person entitled thereto;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee does hereby grant and reconvey to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Deed of Trust in the following described premises:
